Autodesk® AutoCAD Structural Detailing Discontinued

If you were an AutoCAD Structural Detailing user like me you will be a little disappointed that Autodesk have finally discontinued and it’s no longer being sold as part of the Design Suites.

Since 2012 version AutoCAD Structural Detailing has really been in maintenance mode so they only real updates were AutoCAD base updates. It’s a real shame its gone it’s now time to move on and look at what we do have.

What Next I Hear You Ask?

Well the new solution is Autodesk Advance Steel which is still an AutoCAD base platform. The only thing is it’s not in any Design Suite and you will need to buy it as a standard along product.
