Creating a table is reassembly straight forward in AutoCAD. If you need to rotate the text within a table cell, you need to do the following:

Table before texted rotated

Select the cell of the table on which you want to rotate then go into the properties palette and change the Text rotation to the angle required in this case 90. (See below image)

Once you have completed you should have a nice table with all the cells correctly shown.
