I came into the office today only to find an email from Autodesk University informing me that one of the classes I submitted has been accepted.

This will be my second year going to Autodesk University and after a wonderful time last year I can’t wait to go again. I was lucky enough to go last year and even be a co-presenter in my first year with Bill Meyer (FM Systems)

So to give you a sneak preview into this year’s class ES10883: Should we move from 2D detailing to 3D detailing for Reinforcement Detailing? I will be looking at detailing in reinforce concrete and moving from 2D detailing into 3D detailing using Autodesk Revit.

Congratulations to everyone else who had their classes accepted and all the hard work starts now. I am looking forward to heading out to Las Vegas and presenting, so I best get started putting together my class notes etc.

I hope to see you all out in Vegas.
